For advanced high school singers (ages 14–18) ready to level up.

I work exclusively with a select group of passionate, high-performing students who are serious about their vocal growth. This program is designed for teens with a strong musical foundation and a clear commitment to developing their artistry—both in and out of the classroom. Most participants are active in choir, regularly cast in school or community theater productions, and preparing for auditions, competitions, or elite summer programs.

Because my in-person availability is limited, I prioritize students who show up prepared, practice consistently, and have a genuine love for music—often supported by families who value the arts and understand the importance of long-term commitment.

Program:

✔️ Optional Scenes Program for students ready to collaborate and perform in duets, trios, or full scenes

2025 kicked off with LEVEL UP WORKSHOP, an all comprehensive experience including professional headshots, a vocal masterclass, and résumé coaching with a guest instructor from the University of Michigan. We close the 2024-2026 season with the FINAL SHOWCASE, where every student takes the stage and Scenes Program members present their pieces.

I also support students exploring music business, music therapy, or other non-performance music related fields. Let’s prepare for auditions, prescreenings, and your next steps in music!

EVENT DESCRIPTIONS

  • Students showcased their talents with solo performances, and those selected for the Scenes Program brought the stage to life with choreographed and staged musical theater scenes. The evening concluded with a special highlight of our graduating seniors, who shared their future plans—both heading to the University of Michigan!

  • Students came together to sing, share joy, and connect over pizza and fun. We played improv games, got to know new members, and set the tone for an exciting year ahead!

  • A lively, theatrical celebration of storytelling through song, just in time for Halloween! Students explored character songs from musical theater and Disney, diving into character studies during lessons and sharing their performances in the workshop. With props and accessories adding flair, they showcased their acting skills and brought their characters to life in a fun and creative event!

  • The "Cozy Classics" performance at Kerrytown Concert House featured Great American Songbook classics, jazz standards, and musical theater favorites reimagined in a jazz style. Accompanied by piano, bass, drums, and trumpet, students delivered fresh takes on classic songs.

    The event also included a special jazz vocal trio and quartet by the Summer Arts Immersion winners, who earned complimentary coachings and another performance opportunity as part of their prize. It was an unforgettable celebration of talent, creativity, and hard work!

  • A comprehensive development experience designed to help students refine their audition and performance skills, the workshop featured two specialized tracks. Ace the Audition prepared students for auditions and festivals, while The Confident Singer focused on strengthening vocal technique, stage presence, and storytelling. Participants rotated through interactive stations, including a professional headshot session, a resume review with industry feedback, and a vocal masterclass with Cinderella and a live pianist. By the end of the workshop, students left feeling more prepared, polished, and confident in their audition and performance abilities.
